Brasfield & Gorrie is the general contractor for a new 13.18-acre industrial distribution center.

The project features a 75,354 SF Tri-Temp Distribution Center with cold dock, rail dock, cooler, freezer, dry storage, and office space.
It also includes 11,395 SF of support buildings for vehicle maintenance and a guard shack.
