Brasfield & Gorrie is currently providing RFP pricing for the Shriner’s Children’s Research Institute at 101 Nerem St, Atlanta, GA. The project consists of approximately 50,000 SF of interior buildout of Levels 12, 13, and Suite 100A located on the 1st Floor. The project is scheduled to begin Q4 of 2026.
