Grateful-Heart LLC was founded in 2019. Grateful-Heart LLC is a Residential, Commercial and Industrial Construction Company. The are also Real Estate Developers. Before Grateful-Heart LLC was founded in 2019, The Construction Company was operated under the Company, Nuccii Inc., which was founded in 2005. After operating under Nuccii Inc., they also went on to work in partnership with other Construction Companies, before founding of Grateful-Heart LLC.
Grateful-Heart LLC is an African American woman owned minority small business. It is headquartered in Atlanta, Georgia. They aim to break barriers in the male-dominated industry, while providing the best service to all our customers. They are a full-service, bonded construction company. They work in different types of communities, which includes the disadvantaged and underserved communities. In these communities, they create a pipeline for people that never went to high school or college, these people can be referred to as “The tradespeople,” who can be in the trades and make a very good living. These people can be in the trades, they can start a business, but they need professional support. Ultimately, Grateful-Heart LLC believes building community relationships is key to our success.
They do new residential, commercial and Industrial construction. They also do full-building remodels, for both residential, commercial and industrial properties. This consists of completely changing up the structure and layout of the entire building. On the other hand, they also do a partial renovation, which involves simply sprucing up the appearance of portions of the building. When they remodel a building, this involves the process of changing the functionality and the design of an area. It may also involve tearing out a wall to expand a bathroom and reconfiguring a kitchen layout, so the cabinets, fridge, sink, and range are in different locations. Whether it’s a full building addition or remodeling a room in a building, we have five distinct stages. These five stages of our company’s full remodeling are as follows: planning, budgeting, demolition, construction and cleanup. When they buy their own buildings to remodel, they mainly buy buildings in underserved, disadvantaged neighborhoods and communities. The Company remodels these buildings, we beautify these neighborhoods, and we do our best to make sure that they are affordable to members of these communities. They are also committed to hiring our workers from these communities, thereby proving a good source of income to them.
