Bids are due on Wednesday May 20th, 2026. The intent is to award all trades off of this round of pricing.
Brasfield & Gorrie is currently soliciting pricing for the Gas South Arena Renovations. This invitation to bid includes four (4) separate sets of documents at different levels of design:
1) Permit Set #4
– Event Level Club, Artist Corridors & BOH, Concourse Modifications, Concourse Restrooms, Concourse Concessions & Bars
2) Permit Set #3
– New Entrance Lobby & Main Lobby Reno, Concourse Modifications, Club Renovations, Suite Renovations, Kitchen Reno, Re-Roof
3) Permit Set #2
– Site Improvements
4) Permit Set #1
– Includes Office Renovations, Bowl Seating Replacement, Concourse Modifications
You are required to price all of these drawing sets (as applicable). Pricing for the In Permit Sets and Design Development Sets must be Stand-Alone. The In For Permit scope will be awarded off this round of pricing.
This project has multiple phases and review and incorporation of the provided schedule and phasing plan is required in your pricing.
