General Description of the Project: Brasfield & Gorrie would like to invite you to submit CD pricing for the Corso Druid Hills Phase 1 senior living project located in Atlanta, GA. The project consists of 7 buildings varying in height from 1 story to 8 stories with one level of below grade parking. The project will include 225 units and approximately 456,777 square feet of conditioned space.
Construction Schedule: Anticipated project start is 1st Quarter 2027. Please price your scope in today’s dollars. Do not include any escalation.
Drawings: Drawings, specifications and other documents are available for download via BuildingConnected
Intent to Budget: Upon review, please update your status in BuildingConnected so that we understand if you are pricing or not. Your participation in this round of pricing will be included in our subcontractor selection process.

Project Details:
Brasfield & Gorrie is soliciting pricing for a Hilton Hotel in Savannah, GA on East River Street. We were awarded this project in 2025 with North Point Hospitality (NPH) and NPH’s plan is to start construction no later than March of 2027. This is Phase 3 of NPH’s River Street development. North Point Hospitality has previously built the Homewood Suites, AC Hotel, and parking deck adjoining this Hilton Hotel as their first phases of the East River Street Development.
Pricing / preconstruction RFIs are due to Brasfield & Gorrie no later than Thursday, September 10th, 2026 at 12:00 PM.
We ask that you submit your pricing no later Thursday, September 17th, 2026 at 5:00 PM.
